October 7th cought us visiting friends in the desert town of Mitzpe Ramon, where the sirens did not go off. I will never forget First seeing the video of the white pickup truck driving through the city of Sderot. We immediately knew this time was different. Right away we started looking at plane tickets, but then came to our fences - we're not going anywhere.
The next day I got ants in my pants, and started calling up whoever I could trying to see what I could do. After reaching out to the Jerusalem foreign press club, I began and getting requests from numerous foreign journalists who were on their way to Israel.
I connected with the Sunday times of London and was there local producer for the first two months of the war. Once they pulled their reporters we got an airplane and left for the US.
During the time I formed a group of a dozen local producers and we provided support for at least two dozen foreign press teams.
This is by far one of the things I am most proud of in all of my career, helping export balanced rational real but also patriotic reporting of the war that changed all of our lives.
Galei Tzahal, the Israeli Defense Force radio station that held the country’s highest ratings until recently, was my launchpad. I began there as a young soldier in the records (CDs) library and quickly transitioned into production and editorial roles. My seven years at the station—first as a soldier and later as a civilian—formed the cornerstone of my expertise in media production and content creation. Handling endless live programs, orchestrating complex all-day special broadcasts, and working with Israel’s top talents on a bare-minimum budget equipped me with the invaluable tools I bring to every project today.

While studying at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (now Reichman University), I joined the FM+ radio conference team as a producer, leveraging my seven years of radio experience and bringing in international keynote speakers.

For more than four years, I managed a small boutique winery in the Judaean Hills region of Israel. I handled frontal sales, led wine tastings, managed CRM and newsletters, took care of back-office operations, and was the winemaker’s right hand.
